I needed something for my wedding reception and I have very specific taste. I hadn't found anything that seemed appealing yet, but, I instantly knew this was it. Janine did gluten-free Cocktail Cakes for me and they were beyond words.
Confession: I had 3 pieces. I had to have one of each of the flavors we had: St. Germain, White Russian, and Malibu. All were differently delicious. They are satisfying in such a unique way that my guests and I had a hard time putting words to it. There is nothing else like this out there. Everyone was in love at first taste. I recommend them hands down to anyone. And, I want more!

I was blown away by Janine's amazing kahlua cake! Yummy! It was decorated with beautiful silk flowers and the cake stayed fresh easily for a couple of days. It tasted so delicious, that it was gone in no time. Everyone was completely satisfied! It was moist and the taste was awesome!
